Great hotel with free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a seasonal outdoor pool. My first stay was nice. The staff helped me find parking. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

During my stay, I found the staff exceptionally friendly, particularly Varsha, who went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. That said, the inconsistent housekeeping and maintenance issues detracted from the experience, including noise disturbances from neighboring rooms. Overall, it's a mixed bag that needs improvement.

The check-in process was quick thanks to a very accommodating front desk staff. My King Room offered a spacious layout with a comfortable bed. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, which made settling in easy. However, I faced some issues that impacted my comfort during the stay. The shower water pressure was quite low and inconsistent, making it frustrating to use. Also, I encountered noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my peace. The breakfast options were limited and didn’t meet my expectations for the price. Location-wise, I found it to be convenient for accessing local attractions, but the pricing felt steep given some of the drawbacks I experienced.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, especially Christian! They made sure we were comfortable, and that makes a big difference when you're traveling with family.

My recent stay was enjoyable. the breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious, and the room service was excellent. However, the room lighting was dim, which was a letdown. I'd return!
